Healroot & Growing

Hey !

I'm kinda new to the game.

I have trouble for making grow "Healroot". When I try to make an area for plant it, it say to me that I can't because I don't have any colon who have this skill.

But I have two who have 15 growinn skill so ?

Maybe it's a problem around language patch ? Because I had the game in french and the skill name for this skill is "Plantation" and when I tried to choose Healroot, the game said to me that i don't have the skill "Fermier" ...

I try to put the game in english but nothing change (I mean, the game stil lsay I can't grow it).

Any tips ?

Have your colonists got the priority to do farming?

Even when I select my colon and target the zone, it say that my colon don't have the skill level when my colon have 14

So when you click the work tab it says that farming is a priority for your colonists?

Go to the work tab and see if they're allowed to grow (if you have people with high growing skills, they really should be allowed, but check anyway)

Yeah I did that. It's literaly say that my colon haven't the level for the skill. The skill is 8 right ? Mine have 14, it should be done but it kept saying that my level isn't high enough. EVEN when I select the colon and right click on the area it said that my colon doesn't h ave the level require.

This seems to be a bug, tell Tynan Sylvester the main Dev and you might want to send him your save folder so he can take a look at your game.

Perhaps you could screenshot your Work tab, while hovering your mouse over the growing priority of your high skilled grower. Preferably in English.

That'd show us if there's anything wrong with the way you've setup your Work tab, and the skill of the colonist.
It's not that I don't believe you, it's that I think it's more likely you've made a mistake, than there is a bug.

Dtak, are you running any MODs by chance?

No I don't run some mods.

After doing some spam of "patch language" it work.

I thinkj it's a bug in the French patch language where it's mixed two "word" for one thing.

How can I tell this to the developer ?
