Mod to remove rot stink?
I f**king hate this mechanic on a wealthy colony. Every time a scaria event happens, a HUGE amount of rot stink fills the front door and the corpse pile and my haulers and builder gets crippled by lung rot. I'm punished for hauling the corpses away and also punished for not hauling them away, it makes no f**king sense.

I read the other guy's post regarding this. This looks like a simple oversight on the developer's part and will likely get balanced sooner than later. In the meantime you can craft masks and gas masks to assist with the hauling. Not ideal but you can set a clothing policy to have them quickly swap to masks and get hauling.

Yeh, I just set my immune or with mask to be able to go out and the rest stay inside, priority on hauling and thats it.

Idk it doesnt need to be scaria raids, the trival raids already come in 50+ packs to my 13 pawn colony xD.

You also have the option, if they are outside, of just waiting it out when they start to rot, is not that much time, like 3 days feels like.

If they are all piled up at your choke point what prevents you from just burning them where they lie?

Burning enemies do have a tendency to run through their friends and past your own melee blockers.
A minor issue if you still have to kill 20 manhunting megasloths/elephants/rhinos that are on top of the gas releasing corpses.

1. My colonists still has to walk through it regularly, causing them to get burned because the AI loves walking into fire
2. Builders will try to fix the walls and get burned because the AI loves walking into fire.
3. Some of the corpses are usually still fresh and I want to keep it that way.
4. It's close enough to the outside where it would cause a massive forest fire and I have a gauranlen tree nearby.

Keeping them inside will lose many productive days and praying that it doesn't rain, burn down the entire map with my gauranlen tree or another raid comes with all the broken defenses.
