Can't resurrect light mechanoid?
I'm not sure what the problem is here. I have a dead militor that I want to resurrect and I went through the whole gestating process already but when I have my mechanitor go to complete the process it doesn't work. It looks like they are stuck in a loop of just standing >resurrecting mech and back over and over. Any Ideas how to fix this?

You're running at least 3 mods that have been reported to cause issues with current build. If you wanna fix it you're gonna have to test it yourself by removing one mod at a time and hope the bug is not a permanent part of your save now. Personally I'd put my money on achtung! tho considering the bug.

I was afraid of that. I guess its time for troubleshooting... what are the other mods that are known to cause trouble?

Gotta ask the silly questions, are the mechs being rebuilt in an area they are normally forbiden? Does the colonist doing the rebuilding have the space to control the mech? Does the job list allow for a new mech to be created (Ive fallen foul of this one). Is the job listing set to allow the colonist to do the job?

No these aren't silly questions, its just troubleshooting. I've checked and no it doesn't seem to be the case. my colonists can access the gestator just fine and mechs are allowed in there. I only have two colonists (mechanator and his wife) so its definitely not a problem with the job set up. Still doing mod checks...

Is the gestator full on toxins? You need a dump stockpile which accepts them and a hauler.

I think I figured out the problem. I had to turn off both the achtung! and common sense mods. That seemed to fix it. My mechanitor can successfully resurrect bots now! Thanks for all the help!

I'm having the same problem you were now. I was hoping whatever solution you found would work for me too, but it did not.

I'm currently going through and disabling them one by one with no luck, starting with Common Sense. Did you do anything else that could've been the fix?

It might be the same as me and its a combination of mods. I know for a fact that common sense seemed to cause problems so it may be something else with that as well. Maybe the sidearms mod?

No, it's not the sidearms mod. It was only Common Sense. You have to remove the conflicting mod before beginning the process, not before finishing it. She couldn't finish the process because she never put the corpse INTO the mech gestator, it was sitting on top of it.

Maybe they died when Their master had a mental breakdown or was out of map. I used the dev commands to revive my dead mechs and they were not assigned to anybody anymore
