Neutroamine ?
Is there a way to make neutroamine after this DLC? Would be nice to not have to mod.

No, but there isn't really a need to make your own anyways, you can buy it dirt cheap from traders.

You can get neutroamine on demand by sending caravans to visit outlander towns, they always have 50-200 for sale. Or you can sit around and wait for a bulk goods caravan or ship which will have a similar amount to sell, you can request bulk goods caravans from allied outlanders using the comms console. You could also become hostile with the outlanders and wait for them to raid you, they often carry a stack on them which drops when they are downed.

There are multiple ways to get it, even "passively."
