sanguophage limb restoration/organ farm?
can they regrow limbs and organs

As far the genes say they can heal scars , heal their wounds much faster and survive whatever unless is the head what has been smashed. But doesn't say anything about regrowing organs or limbs, my guess is the moment that you have left pretty much just the head, you will have a non working pawn that you can put back into function installing some organs back.

ah so if you remove a vamps heart it'll just be a permanent deathrest till it gets a new one well a little unfortunate but not a massive deal breaker

I was more meaning limbs, like arms. As far as I know, you can't regrow that. Just heal scars as he said.
