Can I disable the furries and other xenohumans if I buy Biotech?
I like quite a few of the features of the Biotech DLC, but the xenohumans not so much (furries). Am I able to disable them? If so, can I disable only the furries or do I need to disable the entire genetics component of the DLC?

So I have the option of disabling specific aspects of xeno? That's all I really want here

you can choose which factions have bases so you can delete the pigmen, the fur covered men, the genie men, and the vampire men.

However, unless if you disable the DLC entirely the gene mechanics will be in and it will be possible you will still come across enemies or individuals that are not pure blood human.

IMO, If people are making outright furry xeno mods tied to the system, a gay gene mod, and other baby related mods, then someone out there is probably working on a human purist mod as I type.

Honestly, even I, a furry, am thinking of disabling the yttakis and the hogmen. Or, I may just build my settlement far away from those settlements or follow my own advice.

It's RImWorld. Furries want to get on the same action all the other people are. Next comes catgirl cannibalism.

I support whoevers right to commit whatever war crimes they want. It's Rimworld. I just don't want to have furries in my game. I'm sure there will be plenty of people who want nothing but furries. I'm glad we have the freedom to choose.

But they just said you can't without turning it off, just the factions of them but still random chance. This is Rimworld the "freedom" is to comit war crimes on any group you want. So you can kill all furries you encounter if you want in some messed up ways. All you can really do is reduce how many are in it. Its same with drug update accept you can't just disable the dlc as there is none lol. People way more upset about drugs being put in and were given optiion to burn them at campfires since it was impossible to always keep you colony 100% away from drugs if you had them waiting for traders to buy them, as raiders drop them they always find a way into your colony.

Who wired in the Body Purist colony radio to the forums? You're not supposed to let them out!

You can pick only baseliner pawns for your start, and happily dispatch everything unpure that steps into your colony.

Just nuke their breeding sites from low orbit... it's the only way to be sure.

Guys, I'm not so high strung that I don't even want them spawning at all. I'll just disable the faction spawns, and if any do show up I'll turn them into coats. Light fare for Rimworld.

You cannot outright turn any of them off unless you play with no factions what so ever since even the base game factions can spawn other xenotypes.
