you can choose which factions have bases so you can delete the pigmen, the fur covered men, the genie men, and the vampire men.
However, unless if you disable the DLC entirely the gene mechanics will be in and it will be possible you will still come across enemies or individuals that are not pure blood human.
IMO, If people are making outright furry xeno mods tied to the system, a gay gene mod, and other baby related mods, then someone out there is probably working on a human purist mod as I type.
Honestly, even I, a furry, am thinking of disabling the yttakis and the hogmen. Or, I may just build my settlement far away from those settlements or follow my own advice.
