Report a translation problem
It's a 1 on 1 student & teacher tutoring basis from what I've seen. As you may have noticed when you put down the school desk, it shows 2 different chair slots, that's 1 for the student and 1 for the teacher.
How else am I going to teach my future vatgrown soldier squad to only focus on the essentials?
They don't need unnecessary lessons like ... cooking ... planting ... art for godssake. No ... Just shooting and melee is all they need and maybe a smidge of medical for emergencies.
