No queue as such, but in the work tab you can switch to manual priorities, which allows you to rank each task 1 to 4 for each colonist. They will do any '1' tasks before considering any '2's, and so forth. So you can at least make sure people are hauling stuff, but it's really awkward if you want things moved in a specific order. If it's that important to haul some things before others, you could set up some allowed areas and manually switch between them, so that ONLY the next thing you want hauled is accessible. I can't think of any more convenient method, or any reliable way to automate it.

Once you get manual priorities ticked off, you can specialise which pawn to do which task exclusively. Or, for a bunch of food laying around, you could temporarily just raise the hauling numbers to 2 or even 1 on everyone. Once all the food are stored away, you can dial down the hauling priority back to 3 or 4.

Be nice once we get shift commands, then i can have manual hauling be much easier.

I would only add that one other thing you can do to help them prioritize certain things is "Forbid" the items you do not want them to haul right away.
