The run down with decently skilled pawns with bionics:
Brawler is like a 1% melee accuracy boost, from like 92% to 93% chance to hit.
Nimble is like a 5% higher dodge chance (which caps at 50%).
Careful Shooter becomes a DPS loss with most weapons by around 30 accuracy (even at 45 range). 200% sight is +12 accuracy by itself for reference, shooting specialist is +8.
Trigger Happy's accuracy penalty is easily negated now resulting in just like 20-40% more damage depending on if they are a specialist or not and the weapon used.
Tough is just 50% damage reduction, it's amazing.
Jogger is always like a 9% movespeed bonus since it's multiplicative with the moving stat.
If you want a strong late game combat colonist I would never take brawler or careful shooter, though those traits can help a bit early game.
