Bug bed?

My bed doesn't have the option to change into the medical bed and prisoner did they changed the buttons or is it bugged?

Click the bed. Does it have a button that says 'For Colonists', probably after 'set owner'?

If there are no options giving it is likely a mod conflict on your end. Works fine in my game.

I don't suppose you have hospitality running. I mean that mod is currently broken as far as I know, but that would normally allow you to set beds as guest beds, then some normal options might not appear.
I suppose if you still can't resolve this it'd be worth researching and building an actual medical bed that will default to being medical.
And I can't believe nobody has said "don't let the bed bugs bite".
