second tip: bloodfeeding has the same efficiency as extraction, so you will get the same amount of hemogen per amount of blood (a hidden number). You just spend medicine to get it in a pack basically.
It's supposed to be in short supply, thats just how blood and organic things work.
What is effective for you? how is your large group of prisoners not giving you enough blood? i.e. a vamp needs 10 hemogen per day to live and some extra for fun abilities, so 12-20 hemogen per day per vampire should be enough. I find 1 person can supply that.
1st question answer:From surface level, the percentage of blood loss doesn't go down faster with faster healing. You will have to hand calculate blood loss recovery, since it's not on wiki.
2. No, clotting and congealing stop blood loss, they don't increase blood recovery
3. No. You always get the same amount of blood per extraction: 20 hemogen. Children don't offer less, using the operation inflicts the same blood loss % regardless of body size(whether or not that is intentional idk).
