These aren't Tesla speed chargers. They're like feeding its blood stream composed of chemicals with the electric charge. It's next gen ... or something ... idk it involves a lot of trash creation in any case.
Doing a job takes 10% charge per day. Wandering takes 3% charge per day. Military mechs are considered to always be working if they aren't dormant because they're fancy or something. If a mech is damaged, charge is consumed in the repairing process, which is the only reason they would need to charge more often than 10 days.
I've never actually checked so I'll take your word for it since you seem to be quite specific in the numbers.
Ah wait now I think I know why I came up with 5 days ... when you first land, your mechs start with 50% which is indeed 5 days worth of charge. Silly me.
It's a game man, not real life. Stop being so condescending. I want to play with bots in a video game and find it annoying that it takes 2 full days to recharge.
Any time you click on your mech it tells you there energy drain/charge. -10%/day is clearly displayed on the bottom right panel. And charging is 50%/day is when there on the charger.
I for one am very glad they dont instant charge. In so sick if the OP Android/robot mods that just let them tap a powerful cable for half a second and there good for another few days.
I'm also ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ecstatic that damage has to be repaired instead of magic nanties healing over time BS. Really sets them apart as mechanical. Something iv been saying all the android and robot mods need to do.
Idk man, seems fine to me. It's an alternative to pawns that you don't need to feed or keep happy. Seems balanced to me.
Can always grab misc robots mod if you want them different
By the time we get a raid, they mostly 100%.
