How to get pregnant?
I've tried to use the "romance" interaction but there's always a very low success %. Wich is the correct/easy way to get pregnant?

Social opninion matters alot and age even before 1.4 colonist with nealy same age have a better chance make sure all pawns have recreation time together so eating together playing together raise chance of good opinion if they dont have the negative trais like ugrly anoying voice ect also highmates have a 100% chance to romance so you could setup a scenario with starting one too.

No also lover fiance if they sleep in same bed.

Certain physical love ideology settings restrict who can share a bed, so maybe?

Same, in all my test-games i did run now, i had several babies before the first winter. You may check the social tab to see if there is some incompatibilties, or rivalities.
The last run i tried, the third pregnant women i got, she was so happy about it that i could give run to her psychite addiction, she only slept 2 days nearly non-stop, and it was over. Now she goes still fenzy just hearing the other babies giggle.

old memes aside, if you can't get them to succeed at romance there is a research that lets you make test tube babies.
harvest ovum, "fertilize" (they do it in front of god and everybody), then implant the fertilized egg back into an appropriately aged pawn
