Put more in and keep the temperature inside the safe range.
So did you only see the words "ruined by temp" and not bother to read a single other word of his post?
A screenshot of the situation might help, but as said the lines "ruined by temperature" means that the temperature was definitely off the comfort range for too long and the current batch is ruined and you have to start over again. If you don't have both enough cooler and heaters inside the room or are in an area where you basically just need one of them (hot regions work well for tribal temperature control too), then the spikes might have simply done it.
It is CURRENTLY within the safe range. That doesn't mean that it always was. If it got ruined in the past and there hasn't been a new load then it'll still say ruined.
He didn't say it was only CURRENTLY at that temp. Maybe instead of pulling assumptions out of your a**, you could do what Glass Zebra above you there did and ASK for additional information.
Tell me, what part of my original advice will NOT solve the problems OP is having? Because the only way that it could've gotten ruined by temperature is if they failed to keep the temperature in the safe range.
