Almost-Full Archotech pawn
So basically i have a pawn who has been with me for a while and now is a good all rounder with an Archotech Eye, Arm and Leg. Basically almost a god pawn that can do anything, i managed to get a quest that can give me another Arm and i am wondering if it's worth to implant another arm so he can get 2 Archotech Arms or should i just implant the Arm to another pawn of mine.

Yes. He deserves it. He deserves to be even more than human.

Honestly, no, I think one arm on two different people pays more, but it's up to you.

Add legendary cataphract armor, luciferium, on a pawn with the tough trait, and something like easy trigger for ranged pawns or brawler for melee pawns and he will truly be a god.

Also, of all the legendary weapons the minigun is the best if I'm not mistaken, because it increases the accuracy, so it won't be missing at all, and the damage per shot too, nothing survives a single burst.

It looks as if you didn't read the post at all.

And a legendary minigun still has forced miss, doesn't it???

The old forced miss mechanic was removed, but a legendary minigun still only has 27-38% accuracy and you can never get the hit rate higher than that in normal situations even with perfect pawn accuracy. Those misses can still hit if enemies are grouped, which is where the minigun becomes effective. Chain Shotgun and Charge Rifle are both better for single target in most cases. Minigun is pretty slow and not ideal in most situations, it's basically a killbox weapon.

Thank you for the clarity.

Having a super soldier pawn with the best bionics is great. Not only do they run around and work fast but they're great at combat, able to take on tons of enemies at once, dodging attacks and bullets bouncing off them. There's also value in distributing bionics to all of your colonists, particularly legs, but in the case of your super soldier I would make sure he is complete and has all of his limbs before working on the other colonists. Let your super soldier have all the best stuff.

Fairly sure the Legendary Minigun is still the highest DPS and burst damage weapon in the game against single targets, specially at the hands of a maxed out pawn.

The fact that it obliterates everything around the main target too is just a bonus, it is the single pawn that can solo most of the raids in the game, specially if you throw in a couple of consumables and/or psycasts.

It goes something like this, low skill = HSMG, Medium skill = Assault Rifles, High Skill = Charge Rifle, masterwork or specially legendary quality = miniguns (by far).

Notable mention for automatic shotguns, specially against infestations behind a wall of 3 melee fighters in a corridor, though they aren't necessary and insects are easy enough at a chokepoint.

Edit: At least in vanilla.

If you just look at the numbers of the weapon and not at the numbers of usecases of enemies, then that is kinda true. In real situations it can be true against centipedes and thrumbos and pretty much nothing else. The gun is balanced around spread fire and making use of the whole 25 bullet burst and if it were to kill its main target quickly, it stops firing and goes into the big cooldown + warmup again, which makes it pretty bad. Don't trust the dps graphs in the wiki to tell you what weapons are good.

Charge rifles have bit less range than assault rifles, so they are not really the higher skill weapon. Their main draw is their higher than usual armour pen, which can be extremely useful against anything with real armour. You can also play the game without any of the weapons mentioned if you are not going to stand somewhere and dps for minutes.

It's not. Legendary minigun is 20.95 DPS with 22% AP, Legendary Charge Rifle is 19.07 but has 55% AP (against anything normal sized with more than like 33% armor the Charge Rifle does more DPS), Legendary Chain Shotgun is 26.97 DPS with 21% AP.

Francis John did a weapon comparison test which has been linked a lot when people ask about the best weapons, it's pretty good for the most part, except the test was done against centipedes with a bonus chance to hit (because they are large targets) which heavily favors inaccurate weapons like SMGs and Miniguns. Even still the Charge Rifle beat it in most cases because of the higher AP, a perfect colonist with a legendary minigun eventually pulled ahead slightly but that was entirely because of the large target bonus against centipedes.

These are on paper comparisons, the issue with miniguns in most fights is it takes a long time to warm up, fire a full burst, then cooldown, against anything other than a centipede that's generally overkill and a lot of time is wasted. Charge Rifle fires basically twice as often and one burst with a legendary will often kill a human enemy, in practice it ends up being almost twice as effective as a minigun against spread out human targets, not even mentioning the increased mobility.
