Guilty meme and development points

Not sure if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong.

Started a game with fluid ideoligion, guilty meme and charity set to essential. Now, several quests (to help refugees and beggars mostly) show development points as rewards, but after the quests complete my points stay the same.

Will the points be awarded later (like when they drop rewards using pods) or is it really a bug?

Charity will give the development points when the charity quest is completed.
Note that if your development points are maxed, meaning you're currently able to reform, then you can't get any more until you reform.

Did you test this? Because I just tested it and got no points from helping a beggar. There seems to be a bug.

Just tested on a new game. Completing the first Empire quest (The Hunted [title]) gave no development, but the rewards states +1 development point.

Yeah there seems to be a bug, I've made a report in the forums.
