Unable to Research Past Multi-Analyzer

Yes, I do have a hi-tech bench AND multi-analyzer built. They are in the same room, touching one another, and they are both powered. I am not using any mods. I am playing the core game with no expansions.

However, when I try to research something past the Multi-Analyzer, I can't. And the research menu says "Locked: _______" with blank space and no reason given.

How can I resolve this issue? Thanks!

Is the multi-analyzer switched off? Only thing I can think of. If the MA is powered, toggled on, and directly next to the high tech research bench, you should see a research button. You only get the empty "locked" thing when you are missing a research bench or the MA. If you spawned the MA/bench with "place direct thing" or something it's possible it's not correctly registered as existing, I've seen somebody run into that before and they had to deconstruct and rebuild it to get it working.

I would imagine that Minify Everything likely causes the same problem.
