Wind Turbines Not Working

After nearly 500 hours in this game, mostly ignoring wind turbines for solar power I decided to give them a shot. I feel really stupid because I don't understand why these 3 are not working but the one is. Their paths all seem clear, is there something I'm not doing right?

Is it possible you cant have wind turbines facing opposite like that?
When you click on the ones not working what does it say?

So this was an old screenshot from a month ago, I moved onto using solar power after that since I couldn't figure out what was happening, so I went ahead and made the post now to see if anyone knew whats up.

I hopped in the current game and quickly tried to recreate the old screenshot but now... they are working? Give me a moment and see if there is an old save back to when I was using the original setup.

Okay so I found the closest save and it seems to be working fine now? I have no idea what was going on there, a bug perhaps? I will leave the discussion up in case anybody has an idea of what could have been going on.

Nope. My turbines share "wind space" all the time and do just fine. Face them opposite ways and overlap the boxes over each other.

You can, I've used, I think it's Francis John's setup? In my last game and I had no problems.

If you "reinstall" wind turbines using a minify mod it tends to break them and they think they are blocked wherever you install them. I've been told a save and reload might fix them, but personally I just never try to reinstall them and instead deconstruct and rebuild.

This is likely the issue. IIRC, it was a problem that was solved by saving, quitting, and loading, causing the wind turbines to refresh. Which would explain this:

Thank you, this sounds like the most plausible idea as I do use the minify mod.

This is the answer. I use minify and this is the only way that fixes them. Same deal if you happen to move them, it will regard them as being in their 'old spot' so a reload is necessary, same if they're dismantled.

Only needed to get the energy they produce into the grid, isn't needed for them to generate power and won't fix an error caused by the minify everything mod.
