Hydroponics, Hay, Chocolate and Trees
Hi,

1. Does anyone know how to grow Hay indoors please? I can't seem to build it in my hydroponics lab.

2. How can I grow normal trees for Wood? Either inside my base or outside, doesn't matter.

3. I've researched Cocoa but can't seem to figure out how to grow them?

Thanks!

1. If you have the soil, you can make a greenhouse. Make an closed area with walls, a roof, a door (to get in/out), a cooler and heater to regulate temperture, and a sun lamp that requires a ton of energy.

2. Yes, its one of the early things u can research. Once you complete the research, u can grow them in growing fields like the other plants, not indoors however since u can't build a roof over trees and they can't grow in hydroponics labs.

3. Cocoa can only be planted outside, not in a greenhouse or in a hydroponics lab. They grow on a certain breed of tree. They take a while to plant :(

Hope this helps.

1) A sunlamp and dirt. Not possible in hydroponics. No soil, no hay.
2)Whatever tree grows in the biome is in the field pulldown with other crop options. It goes in any soil you can put any other plant in. No soil, no trees.
3) I'm sure it's just in the crop menu. Where it says "rice" when you select a field, click on that and select the plant you want.
