minigun
is it important to have high shooting skill using minigun ? i noticed a person with high shooting or a 0 shooting skill almost doing the same.

normally yes, but I would recommand to use minigun at the exit of anarrow corridor, place where even a miss shot wil shot anoher one

Obviously I don't know what it says in that vid, but I'll add that miniguns no longer have a forced missed radius, just terrible accuracy. I suppose that the conclusion is the same for both though, "bet on stray shots hitting an unintended target".

Eventually, a minigun of extremely high quality should have an accuracy tolerable enough to make a semi-good pawn alright at shooting a single target with it. But even there, it'll still miss a lot of shots and you'll want to make use of the stray bullets, so the result would have been the same if the pawn was a half-blind drunkard. The best use of a minigun stays crowd control; make sure to cluster your enemies, ensure friendlies won't be hit, and send your terrible shots to make the bullets rain.

i think having 2 miniguners with 0 shooting is better or equal to 1 miniguner with max shooting when facing a group of enemy.

Every missed shot is wild shot, so even whithout forced miss radius, minigun performs more or less the same.
Beacause it's still good on low accuracy pawns, they get it first in my colonies.

I think all forced miss radius ever really did was make a gun basically ignore cover. They would aim at the ground the target was standing on rather than the target, and there would be no cover check, so like a LMG or minigun would be able to consistantly hit a target behind even 99% cover. Against targets out in the open the weapons are still functionally identical.
