increasing Consciousness cap to over 100%
i am playing with epoe and my cyborgs Consciousness will not go over 100% despite having more then that. how can i raise the maxium Consciousness?

Play with Rim and Madness - Cults, worship Cthulhu and make them cast Psionic Growth.

In Epoe the consciousness chip is just there to cure brain damage, it adds 100% but also cap it at 100.

i do not use the chip in this person, i tried boosting it using better breathing, blood pumping and blood filtaring. they are all above 100% and effect Consciousness but it will not raise over 100%.

Check the consciousness value of the pawn in game. It might show the equation for things like breathing and blood pumping but it might state that each factor only has a maximum effectiveness of 100%.

Meaning that when determining the value for consciousness breathing, blood pumping, or whatever can only add so much to your consciousness level.

Basically your dudes can take a bullet to the lung and heart, but still be "healthy".

There's no consciousness cap. From what I can tell the synthetic EPOE parts have no positive effect on consciousness, ever. Even if a pawn has lowered consciousness from an injury or disease, having the EPOE parts do not help at all. This could be an issue specific to EPOE, maybe those parts aren't defined correctly, they are the only ones I had on hand to quickly test it. I know of several mods which add bonuses directly to consciousness and those work fine, like some foods/drinks add like 10% consciousness and will bring it up to 110%, and the mechalit brain implants boost it by 45% and bring it up to 145%, and then increasing consciousness in that matter does have an impact on all the stats consciousness should effect.

I don't know where in the game files the interactions between the basic pawn capacities are defined, so I'm not really sure exactly what should be happening. It could be setup so having bonuses in those stats doesn't help at all, like with how sight works for most stats where 1.0 is the max multiplier.
