Yayos combat might have limited grenaded and stuff without the overhaul combat system. it adds ammo mechanic but i havent tested it yet. might worth checking out
I got a pair of them as an early tribal. Been totally wrecking entire swarms of tribals with them as I bottleneck them through places or just outright banzai them. Extremely effective and crazy how much you can use grenades and they are 'infinite'.
damage calculation and ammo are both toggable individually. ammo acts as merely a ressourcesink with no added benefits (besides that everyone can run out of ammo and be forced into melee in raids which is hilarious)
alternativly i think the grenade belts from vanilla expanded are limited as well (they are a consumable and not weapons - just like archo lances)
But thanks for the replies, everyone. I already knew CE and it is not of my liking as every other mod pretty much needs a patch to work with it, but I will certainly take a look at Yayo's combat.
