How to make pawns take any weapon automatically and take a certain number of ammo for different calibers

you can check the Assign button on the bottom of your screen, and then press the manage loadout. You can manage the specific weapons/ammo type and of course, the amount of ammo for each calibers

Check the 'Assign' tab, there should be a 'Manage Loadouts' button on the right - I think that is what you are looking for.

You can define a whole loadout template there and then assign it to a pawn in the list.
