Resocialization Offer
I got this message with pop-up[i.imgur.com] that refers to a prisoner.
Here's the pawn's prisoner tab[i.imgur.com]

What is this Resocialization Offer telling me I can do, and how do I do it?

if you go to their prisoner tab after getting their resocialization offer, you can accept said offer to instantly recruit them

None of the options in the prisoner tab say "accept" or "offer" or "resocialization"
Which of these radio buttons[i.imgur.com] are you saying to click?

Probably a question you want to ask over on the workshop page of Prison Labor. IIRC that mod has soooo many bugs and incompatibilities (second only to the infamed CE).

You can select "recruit" and your recruitment success will be 100% for a short time period.
