That's good to know, I run a fair few mods and I thought that one of them might be the issue. But given that I've not gotten the error log on startup or throughout all my time I wasn't sure, thanks for the info.
Well at least it isn't game breaking.
I just keep some drugs around or something else if I'm running a no drug colony to keep them happy. It's difficult but not overly hard to keep them all happy.
I am really looking forwards to the next patch.
Well for me I have a mod that removes the restrictions on what my pawns can do when they have roles since it felt rather dumb that my second greatest crafter who is my greatest farmer suddenly cannot do crafting.
I never felt any restrictions with the roles after early game though, since my craft every hour of the day they are not eating, sleeping or recreating. The roles that do not have 24/7 work in the "meta" do not have dumb labour disabled too. Having a pawn at 20 crafting and 20 plant work seems pretty impossible without the "great memory" trait and even then: they can not do the work at the same time.
They did something similar with psyonics when they first released Royalty, but people did not like it. High level royals were just godlike psyonics with the social skill. Now we have psyonics who need a short time of meditation per day to be able to handle late game high difficulty raids almost alone. And again: there is no increase in wealth or anything.
I can understand not liking restrictions and everybody can mod how they like it, but it certainly can provide a power problem. For Ideology that is less true and there are other reasons.
