RimWorld

RimWorld

Rimworld keeps crashing on 'initializing'
So I know its a mod because removed all my mods , game works fine , I add harmony and fluffys mod manager to possibly see if its the mods orders , I haven't added them back one by one as yet , it would have been a bit time consuming but I will do it if it is my last resort.

I have been seeing everywhere online about an output log , so I thought I would upload mine and possibly get some help from the community, I miss my colony :(

Also my mods list works on a different computer with my steam connected it.

So my output log came from address: C:\Users\prest\AppData\Local\Temp\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Crashes\Crash_2022-02-05_212217282

and then I clicked the 'Player' file and here it is:

"Could not allocate memory: System out of memory!"

You are running out of memory. Either too many mods or you have some sort of memory bloat/leak happening on boot. If it's a borderline thing it might work if you clear up some background processes and/or reboot your system.

My best guess is that your HD is full because of:
d3d11: failed to create 2D texture shader resource view id=25295 [D3D error was 80070057]
Or you modded it to death as that error means:
An invalid parameter was passed to the returning function.

But in the end you got so many type of errors in your log related to missing mods and workshop items, that it's hard to tell, better bring both computers to a simmilar mod level first.

If you have a lot of mods learn to use Rimpy mod manager. You can get the link to it in the Workshop.
