You are running out of memory. Either too many mods or you have some sort of memory bloat/leak happening on boot. If it's a borderline thing it might work if you clear up some background processes and/or reboot your system.

Or you modded it to death as that error means:
An invalid parameter was passed to the returning function.
But in the end you got so many type of errors in your log related to missing mods and workshop items, that it's hard to tell, better bring both computers to a simmilar mod level first.
