Can't draft colonists

Hi, it's been a while since I've played rimworld and I've updated all my mods to 1.3 while weeding out ones that could cause problems, I don't have either DLC. For some reason, all the buttons a colonist would have when selected (draft, the gun icon, other stuff) just aren't there, and I have no idea why. Not even the hotkey to draft works, which makes me think it's a problem beyond that. Has anybody else had this issue?

Disable alle the mods. Restart the game. Load a save. Try to draft. Does it work now? Then it's a mod causing the problem.

Found out the issue, Rimthreaded was breaking it, thought it was updated and working for 1.3 like it says on the page, but apparently not. I'm leaving this topic up just in case other people are trying to find the solution too.

I had an issue kind of like this, except it only occurred after already having drafted a pawn, at which point the pawn controls, (undraft etc.) would disappear and the R hotkey would no longer work either. It turned out to be one of the Vanilla faction expanded mods, in my case Vikings had somehow messed up, a quick unsub and resub for fresh download of said mod fixed me right up. Hope that saves someone the headache it gave me.
