Sole night-owl on a caravan? The poor bloke has to walk in the sunlight.
Agreed, they don't follow their schedule.
- My schedule is "anything" all 24 hours. If I'm start my caravan after 22:00 (whole team just woke up before the travel), they stop immediately, and rest.
But I'm still accept the caravan system, and accept the fact, they can't march 24hours a day.
But.
Here is a nice example, nwhy they don't follow their schedule:
You send 2 pawns. 1 night owl, 1 normal. When will they move? The night owl sleeping daytime, the normal goes to sleep when the night owl says "let's move". Your caravan stuck.
Yup, same here.
That does have one small advantage, though. If you send a caravan with pawns whose sleep schedule is out of sync, they'll be back in sync when they reach their destination.
