How big are your colonists' bedrooms?

Usually keep mine to a 5x5 interior, possibly adding on private bathrooms if I feel like it later.

That's something that deserves mentioning - I don't own the DLC, so I am not concerned with any needs to expand rooms on demand or for achieving some kind of "rank" or promotion for a colonist.

No complaints what so ever :D

Depends a lot on the available materials and size of colony, but I rarely go above 20-25 interior tiles for non-nobles and rarely get above “slightly/somewhat impressive” until the late game.

Decided to make mine 8x8 (interior so total size of 10 x 10 including walls) to see if it was worth it. They mood buff it gives if you put large sculptures, temperature balancing (heaters and coolers), lights, good furniture (end tables for beds and dressers too) are a HUGE mood booster. I HIGHLY recommend finding the space for bigger rooms to make for barracks and pawns.

My barracks is now an 8 x 8 and I have 4-5 pawns in it and they're perfectly happy and love it. I will never do tiny rooms again.

I just make one 20X20 Bedroom and fill it with as much art as i can. Nobody ever complains...

stick the beds next to their preferred workstation. they dont care if a workstations in their sleep area. workshops tend to be large anyway.

I tend to go 5x5 with double beds for all. It's large enough to give everyone a 2x3 bathroom along a shared wall if I'm playing with Bad Hygiene, it's large enough to trigger somewhat spacious with the following mod, and adding Royalty carpets is usually enough to get the room to trigger the impressive bedroom. Single ascetics get a 2x5 room.

I was doing 9X9 rooms had six poeple join from a space battle and had to just slap bed in my one spare. i worried theyd be mad but i got +1 mood which well not as good as the single room bonus is fine and seeing as im mass producing lavish meals not a huge loss.
