No.
1. Furniture is not touching so it will not catch fire from one another.
2. Use fire IED surrounded with stockpile of wood for this space about 4-5 stacks
3. When they start burning they will claw they way out. Use 3ple walls.
4. 3ple walls will also give you more insulation when cooking them.
5. TEST IT! check what kind of temperature it reaches.

Is the goal to attract insects and then roast them?
If so, perhaps add wooden flooring - or carpet if wood is scarce. That way when you lob a Molotov in to burn them, there's plenty to ignite.

Double-thickness walls isn't a bad idea for insulation. If you have Granite available, that material is good for durability.

Having a second set of doors means you won't just be exposing the room to open air if a door breaks. You can have the outer one left as Hold Open, so that its easier to close automatically (with a drafted pawn by toggling that setting off) once the infestation happens.
I would remove the bed. Last thing you want is somebody accidentally using the "room" because their bed was reappropriated or missing or something.

In dev mode on the tab with all the overlays and draw toggles you can turn on infestation spawn chance to see if that's actually a preferred spawn location or not. It's only good bait if it's the best location on the map, otherwise it's just a messy room.
As above, use the devmode heatmap for bug spawn desirability.

I'm not sure the pictured area has enough open/empty spaces to be "ideal."

Wood floors can spread fire, too. I'd use those and just a few piles of wood. Place a pile of wood so that it can be targeted when the colonist throwing a Molotov it is standing to the Left of the door, so they can't easily be seen from the inside. They can throw a then close the door diagonally. I'd also build out the area a bit to give it some more interior space and get rid of unneeded wooden columns and build them from stone.

Inside, put a couple of blocks to the left of the door to limit how many bugs can fit in front of that door, just so long as your molotov thrower can still hit their target. As stated above, built out the wall so it's a bit thicker, just in case they try to dig there to escape. Inside, as long as you have enough space to attract them well as shown via the devmode tool, line it will granite walls.

Outside, it may be a good idea to pave a path leading towards a chokepoint that can be defended by a melee backed up by some ranged pawns, just in case things go bad. :) Some traps along that direction will help, too, "just in case."

You could build an L-shaped airlock that allows the thrower to target the woodpile, then still be able to exit and close the outer door in case a bug rushes the inner door. Be sure to floor it with wood and build up the walls for it, just in case they make it in there.

PS: Remember to take this area out of the Home zone so nobody is tempted to go in there to put out fires... :) (Forbidding the door after it is closed should basically do the same thing.)
