Mod that allows you to recruit "guests" ? (Other than hospitality)
So I opened my first Cryptosleep casket and a bunch of people popped out from it, including one injured. I wanted to recruit the injured one but I selected treat instead of capture. So, one of my colonists carried her to the hospital room and after healing she just decided to leave.

Is there any way to recruit her while she's still in my base ? I got Hospitality but it doesn't let me interact with her in any way.

When you capture these people, you take away their freedom of choice, making you a monster worthy of the Rim. But you chose to leave their liberty intact, and they made their choice. If they were really impressed with your care and accomodation, they may have chosen to stay, but you were not up to their standards.

You could have arrested them when they started walking away, and gone back to option one.

Yeah until I put my best doctors and best medicine in the cleanest room with the most beautiful furniture and these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are like "Cool place... well, see ya."

That's a fancy bit of RP, but in reality they aren't making much of a decision, it's just a random roll and the state of your base doesn't matter. The only thing I'm aware influences it is map weather and pawn injuries, if it's dangerous temperatures or something like a toxic fallout happening, or they have a (permanent?) injury affecting movement, they have a higher chance to join.

I don't know of any other mod to get people to join like that though. I don't use hospitality so I just arrest them, this angers the ancients faction when dealing with the cryptosleep people but that's not a big deal unless you have a lot of dangers to open and even then it just slightly reduces recruitment chances from them.
