Report a translation problem
The Scarification precept doesn't auto add the ritual in your ideology. This IMO is an oversight. I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed yet since we've got so many fixes.
In Dev Mode you can add it in the Ideology menu on the bottom right by the World button. Looks like a lightbulb.
You'll see the message I'm talking about when you convert and recruit a new colonist if they aren't already scarred.
i have a colonist with the need and i put down a ritual spot and still don't have the option to choose it. i honestly believe that this is a bug at this point
