Can't assign moral guide - "3 believers required", which we have, but it claims 2 exist

Pretty much the title, but in a bit more detail:

Had a colonist start solo. First prisoner they caught was converted, then recruited. Had no issue assigning the ranged specialist role. Later, we captured, converted, and recruited another person, for 3 total colonists.

They were an ideal candidate for the moral guide role, but it's saying we need 3 total believers, which we do. It claims only two exist. I've exhaustively checked all 3 of them to confirm they're A) in the same colony/group, and B) share the same ideology. Not sure if this is a bug, or there's some hidden requirement it's not revealing.

I've been seeing this a few times in my games and in posts. The usual quick fix is to save, exit, and reload your game and see if it toggles the ability to set your moral guide. I had a colony already where I just gave up and waited for my 4th pawn to trigger the guide.

Ah yea, quick save/reload seems to have fixed it. Nice. :D
