Can't assign beds for prisoner use?

Ok gang, I'm here to ask for your help again!
A day or two ago, I noticed that I could not mark an existing bed for prisoner use...and this was even in an EXISTING prisoner room with other prisoner beds I had set previously.
Now, I cannot make prisoner beds at all. I can do guest and colonist, but prisoner option is just...gone!
No new addons have been added lately.
I suspect that one of my addons might have changed, maybe when it was updated or something, but wanted to put it out there in case anyone has encountered and figured out who's responsible. A lot of you clever little nuts are better at this than me, as I hate playing the game of "guess the broken addon". I have...probably far too many to count, lol!
I'd chuck coin at you if I could, as the help that I've gotten from Steam discussion pages over the years have been invaluable, and I appreciate you all ever so much!

Click on the button that says For Colonists on a bed. This brings up a choice now: Colonist, Prisoner, or Slave.

It took me a good five minutes of digging around to figure out how to do it, myself.

Yes there is, clearly at the bottom of the screen where the options for every other action are.
