Can Memes destroy nps colonys?

What i mean is like a nudiest tribe being in an ice biome, well they just die out? or only when you go raid them they will all trigger the cold debuff and pass out? what about the meme that is for cave dwellers, what if the nps tribe lands on a non mountain area?
Hope I made this question make sense.

No. There is no simulation for things outside of your colony or caravan.

But it makes me wonder. If you attack nudist colony in the arctic are the colonist in there gonna be naked? Then you could just wait a moment until they collapse.

Thats what i was wondering myself.

Just tested it: There cannot be nudist colonies in the arctic.

You cannot completely freely change the other faction's memes in the beginning, you can't e.g. make a raider not feel like raiding. It seems to be impossible for most factions to make them nudist in the beginning.

When you add nudist factions in the screen before that, where you can choose which factions appear, they only pop up in the warmer regions on the map.

Tynan also said in the comments of the latest upgrade that this is a reasons why you cannot load your saved self-made ideologies into the NPC-Factions, it would be to easy to break the game then with something that violates this Factions unchangeable believes.
