But as soon as you push over that 3200 hump for Electricity, nothing seems to take as long anymore. It feels like it takes quadrums to research Electricity, but Microelectronics takes only a handful of days.
I think it's because by the time you're ready to tackle Electricity and get over that hump, your researcher's brain has swollen to three times its normal size. Or maybe it's just tribal magic.
