How does terror / gibbet cages work?
So I have a slave, I made three gibbet cages with corpses ( two at his plantation, one in his bedroom ) and terror still at zero after weeks of building them.

What am I missing? Bug?

I personally thought terror cages were for scaring off raiders(make them flee before attacking or something) but they should definitely keep a slave in check. If that's not working, the slave collar craftable apparrel should help, as should terror statues.
