Colonists need a high shape and I don't know what that means

My colonists demand a high shape and I have no clue what that means and I can't seem to find any info of this. What exactly do the colonists need?

Check the misc tab or your ideology definition. It might be the name of a special monument/art item/relic.

Yup, you'll find it in Misc.
In my ideology, it's called a 'true shrine'.

Had the same thing with a Sacred Shape. It's an art piece that is built at the art bench but as of when I built my version mint menu didn't show it as an option, I needed to use the drop down menu to find it.

You can click the Ideology button down near the world button on the bottom right. Look under buildings and see what it is. If you randomly generate a name it is sometimes hard to understand what they want. Some of them can just be crafted under Misc. Some need to be crafted at an art bench. Some are rituals that start at a fire. Some start at an alter. Some start at a ritual spot.
