Steps to Change Ideology In-Game
I've had a change of heart about what ritual clothing I'd like on my ideology social roles and don't particularly want to start a new colony to change it, can anyone tell me the steps in dev mode to change them? Thank you!

Enable dev mode, open up the Ideology tab (light bulb), and there should be a check at the top to enable editing. That basically lets you edit your Ideology just like you did at the start of the game.
