So, where do you build this - I've unlocked the research option & I can't find it anywhere to actually build it.

Is it an impant, or a building - an item? - normally if it requires another buildin to build it, that would be a pre-requisite.

its a building under Misc. for me, upper most right one

Oh, right! I keep forgetting about that all the time as well, though. It obviously makes the game too easy, finding the structure you want to build with dozens of furniture and tech mods installed is the true endgame ;)
