Or, the easiest way: throw them in prison and choose the Covert option from the Prisoner tab.
1) Have your head priest use the convert ability, this will reduce their certainty in their current ideology and can cause them to convert to yours. Based on the priest's negotiation ability.
2) Use the conversion ritual at an altar. Success is based on your leader's negotiation ability, audience size, and the furniture/room it is performed in.
3) Arrest the target, go to the prisoner tab, and select convert. Your warden will begin to convert them over time. When their certainty is low, they are likely to convert to your ideology but may convert to a random ideology instead.
What if i got someone who just joined my single pawn colony.
If their Social stat is higher than your pawn's, then they'll eventually convert your pawn to their ideology.
If you don't want that, throw them in prison, forcibly convert them, then release them.
Like many other systems in the game, using one of the single pawn challenge scenarios is going to present some serious challenges with expanding your ideology. You can arrest and convert as mentioned, or you can wait around and hope you get a refugee/wander/whatever that follows your ideology and once you have enough you can start converting using the other methods.
And this if they got a high social stat you are not doomed bit is garbage their is a lot of factors, and proselytizing meme is big one for passive conversion. If they got that in their religion you might have issues. But you can go and edit the AI religions to not include to lower the odds. I had some horrible social he never got converted adn he conveted another person because he had 700% increase to social conversion rate lol
I love ZS spreading misinformation I do one person starts a lot never been convertded even with a social of 3. It CAN happen but then again the game could curse you with plague and you die as the only follower as well...
So, basically, you said I'm spreading misinformation, then said that what I said can happen?
Jesus, you need to grow a few brain cells, mate.
My own religion has proselytizing with the 700% and my own guy has 17 social stat.
