what "elite expectations" means?
what is the reason for that and can you get rid of it? currently my leader and priest have this.

They're gained from having those roles. Guidance and leader roles gain +2 to expectation levels, meaning if your colonists are at moderate expectation, the leader and guidance will be sky high.

If you want to remove those expectations, you'll have to remove the colonists from those roles, there's no other option.
