What I noticed is that the moodlet says "reflected by these styles: None." It appears you have no styles. I don't know if that is intended or not, but at least you don't suffer a penalty. It appears his ideoligion has no styles at all.

I get the happy with style influence on all my pawns simply by having one small or large sculpture (made by an artist of my ideology) in each room.
As far as what items to make that give style, view your ideology and in the upper left corner are the little symbols for what you selected for style influence. Hover over each one and it lists EXACTLY what items you can craft/build for those styles.
Didn't think it'd allow to have no structure while creating an ideoligion at game start, interesting.
