Non-loyal-surroundings
Please help me to understand this.

She is sitting in a room with pretty default furniture.
It says she will be happier with "my style" surroundings, how can I get which is mine and which is not ? I've inspected the statue and loudspeaker, nothing there about styles or ideology.

I've picked the "diversity of thoughts = neutral".

What I noticed is that the moodlet says "reflected by these styles: None." It appears you have no styles. I don't know if that is intended or not, but at least you don't suffer a penalty.

The ideoligion of the pawn who creates an item (that has styles available) will determine the style the item gets. So just have pawns of your ideoligion be the ones to build columns, chairs, tables and anything else that can have styles.
It appears his ideoligion has no styles at all.

Open the ideoligion window and in the upper left corner of your ideoligion, check which structure you have (Christian, etc). Mousing over that will show you what is influenced by that style (for Christian it's mostly statues).
You can also check individual items by left-clicking them and then clicking on the i-icon. Some will have a style entry.

The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

If you click an item to select it, then click the "i" over on the right hand display of information it brings up detailed info, which includes the item's style category and style influence value IF the item in question even has a style. Those lines do not even appear for items which do not.

I get the happy with style influence on all my pawns simply by having one small or large sculpture (made by an artist of my ideology) in each room.

As far as what items to make that give style, view your ideology and in the upper left corner are the little symbols for what you selected for style influence. Hover over each one and it lists EXACTLY what items you can craft/build for those styles.

Yes, my next suggestion would've been to add a fitting structure/style via dev mode.
Didn't think it'd allow to have no structure while creating an ideoligion at game start, interesting.
