Muscle parasites
A bunch of my colonists got infected with muscle parasites, which makes them really weak and terrible at working/fighting. I have been treating them for two quadrums and they aren't going away. We just got destroyed in a raid because all my soldiers have like 30% manipulation. I'm super annoyed with them at this point, how do I get rid of them?

The only way to get rid of muscle parasites is to reach a cumulative treatment quality of 300%.

So using a really good doctor and the best quality medicine is the quickest way to be rid of them. Three 100% tend quality treatments will get rid of them. Or four treatments at 75% etc.

Devtool?

Okay so as I understand it, Muscle Parasites(and the 2 Mechanite ones) isn't curable, it's treatable. After your total treatment quality reached a certain threshold, you get cured of it. I forget the number though.

If you're pawns are staying sick, try to find better meds to use, have cleaner rooms and better beds for the treatment. Hospital beds too.

Fibrous and Sensory Mechanites you have to wait out.

Muscle Parasites and Gut Worms are cured after a total of 300% treatment is applied.

Treatment quality is not affected by cleanliness, bed quality, or bed type. It's only affected by your medic's skill and medical condition, as well as the potency of the medicine used in the treatment.

Then what does this mean:
The actual tend quality will also be affected by factors like medicine used, facilities, room cleanliness, luck, and so on.
How many tend qualities are there? Or am I misunderstanding it?

Medicine used refers to medicine potency, which is (off the top of my head) 60% for herbal, 100% for regular, and 160% for glitterworld medicine. Facilities simply refers to whether there's light or not, as sub-50% light level will lower your medic's sight and by extension tend quality. Room cleanliness has nothing to do with tend quality, and in fact doesn't matter for anything regarding health in the game apart from infection chance (which is completely separate from tend quality) and obviously food poisoning chance. Luck refers to the offset number that's randomized with each tending attempt so that you don't just get an exact 72% every time you tend, but it usually only varies by 10% or so.
