Way to insta-finish an already started quest

One of the quests necessary to get an artifact bugged out and will not finish, despite me researching all the terminals necessary. So I went to see if I could complete it with dev mode to no avail. Is there any way to do this? did I miss something in dev mode or is there some way to mess with the files?

You mean the mission where you go to the complex and hack the terminals? Did you leave the map and can still reenter it?

With dev mode on, you need to look at the quest, scroll down and there should be an option to expire it or complete or something.

No the quest is finished and is bugged. I did not leave it half-done
