Stuck on start up with no prompt, after loading "..." and "loading defs"

As title suggests, stuck on start up, have no prompts
Yes i have been modding, cant get to mod menu to readjust mods to maybe fix issue.
On reinstallation, problem persists, even tried reinstalling on a different drive

Any suggestions on what to do to actually be able to load into the main menu?

Delete your ModsConfig.xml to reset your modlist > %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config

here is a easier way of fixing for the people that just looked at this with the same problem:unsubcribe from all mods or unsubcribe from the new mods you just downloaded
