What furniture, if any, blocks vents/coolers?
I googled this question, and the answers I found vary from "don't block vents" to, "any furniture that you can move through doesn't block them" to "no furniture blocks vents"......which to say the least doesn't clear things up.

I have accidentally built end tables and beds in front of them and it doesn't seem to matter on the room temperature, but you know, maybe it does and just not in an "all or nothing way".

Does anyone super experienced know a 'for sure' answer?

Anything that's considered "impassable" can block vents and coolers. But I don't think there's any furniture that's considered impassable.

No "furniture" will block a vent. There's no easy answer for other categories, very few things will block them, but generally solid things your colonists can't walk through and count as a wall to enclose a room. Nutrient paste dispenser, other vents, coolers, geo thermal generators. Wind turbines used to, not sure if they still do, apparently they are passable now. Maybe crematoriums and comms consoles, never tried it.

Thanks guys, so it's a small list and it's the things which are completely impassible.

Not beds, not end tables, etc.

Doh, one follow up, to what you said about "other vents"

If I have a wall vent and a cooler share the same "square" inside the room, do they interfere with each other? I don't mean put them on top of each other, but the "square' that shows where they effect the room is what I'm talking about.

What about shelves? For when you really want to stuff a fridge, or sandbags for if you anticipate needing cover there?

Same answer now as over a year ago. Shelves are furniture, and sandbags are not full size walls so neither will block a vent.
