Any mod to switch your pawn from normal outfit/raid outfit ?

Hi, looking for a mod that can switch the gear of my paw from "regular" (the parka and such) to war (where they will equip flak vest etc). anything exist like this ? because before each raid, i need to manually choose the paw, and then one per one choose what i want them to equip. and i don t want to let them all the time with those heavy stuff that make them move so sloowww.

Its actually more effective to have them always with the armors but the Assign tab is where u do that in outfits section.

I use the mod "Better Pawn Control".

I have it set so that when I push the "emergency" button (which the mod adds to the buttons over on the bottom right of the UI), all of the pawns that I want to to have change to armor have their outfit assignment changed. They then automatically go change into whatever is appropriate based on how I set up the outfits.

You can also set it up to toggle specific pawns (of your choice) just when you change the preset in the assignments tab with the mod, say because you want them to change before sending them out on a caravan.


I also use the mod Outfitted. which gives finer control in how the pawns weigh their decisions of what to put on, set specifically for each Outfit that you set up.

I pretty much never manually set up gear on my pawns, I just set up outfits specifically for what I want and let them do the changing themselves.

Fav Locker is IMO not as good, because it throws all your clothes onto the floor, whether there's a raid or not. Armor Rack doesn't AND it lets you place weapons too. It's a bit finnicky, but I basically don't play RimWorld without Armor Rack.

I don't mind it, they're not on the floor for long (you can see the entire changing process in the preview gif) and there's no reason to not carry a weapon anyway. Also, not finnicky.
