Colonists won't refuel torch lamps using wood.

I have run into an interesting problem, all of the sudden my 6 colonists have decided that they don't want to refuel my torch lamps anymore. This is despite me having plenty of wood for them to use and having the basic work priority set to 1. They never had an issue doing this before so I am confused what has changed.

What happens if you manually force them to do it? Is the 'allow to be fueled' (whatever its called) designator enabled (does it have a checkmark)? Can pawns get to the wood (check zoning)?

Got it, that might have been my problem. Had Hauling set to 3 but after switching it to 2 for a few colonists this problem seemed to go away. Thank you for the help.

Basic is for stuff like flicking switches or turning power off and on. Cremating corpses, similarly, is a hauling task and not a crafting task while smelting objects IS a crafting task.

go to the work tab and hover over a job and it lists whats included.

what do you mean you set it to 2 I am confused

He means the job priority in the work tab. You have to enable numeric priorities by clicking the check box on the work tab.
