Can't settle a new colony when caravaning.

I can not settle a new colony when caravaning. I have set it to allow 5 settlements in the settings so I know it isn't that. I even abandoned my original settlement as well, but to no avail.

The button for settling is just gray, even when in a location that should be eligible for a settlement.

I am running a pretty extensive mod list, the issue is probably somewhere in there. although, I've scrolled through it multiple times, but haven't found which one could be the culprit.

Update Faction Control. KV says that was fixed. If it continues to be a problem, disable the mod and/or report that the problem continues.

That seem to have done it. My stupid a*s forgot to vailidate the files after changing up the mod list and booting the game. Thank you my good sir/madame, I'll be forever greatful.
